Video Review: Outlook for iOS

By February 5, 2015 3 Comments

I’ve never had anything against the native iPhone mail application. Despite a couple of minor glitches, it’s always worked well and continually improved over time. But last week Microsoft launched a free Outlook for iOS app and set a new benchmark for mobile email. I like it so much that I made a short review video to share some of my favorite features with you.

You can download the new Outlook for iOS app here.

(Note to Android Users: this app is available to you too!)

To Recap:

  1. It works great with Gmail.
  2. The Focused Inbox keeps your important messages front and center (and your “junk” mail out of sight)
  3. There’s a calendar within the application
  4. Easy access to all of your files from Dropbox, Google Drive and OneNote

These are just a few of the great features. I hope you’ll check it out and take it for a test drive.
